mPS for gastrointestinal cancer

AI-based system mPS (molecular prognostic score) can precisely predict relapse free survival of colorectal and gastric cancers patients

What is mPS?

Cancer is the leading cause of death in developed countries, with methods to better stratify susceptible individuals being actively pursued. We have successfully developed a universal molecular prognostic score for colorectal tumors (mPS_colon) that will be of great value to select optimal therapy and avoid overtreatment for each patient.

We analyzed all protein-coding genes for their potential to predict survival. Machine-learning algorithm selected 16 genes and their weights.

All you need is the binary expression status (high or low) of those 16 genes.
